Massage Therapy

Massage therapy offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients. The benefits of massage therapy may include increasing blood circulation, reducing swelling, relaxing muscles, relieving muscle pain and spasms, and aid in recovery and range of motion.

Physical Therapy

Our facility has Electric Muscle Stimulation units, traction tables, ultrasound and exercise equipment to help speed your healing.

 Erchonia Cold Laser Therapy

Cold laser therapy helps reduce healing times. A laser is basically a focused beam of light that emits photon energy. When the light is focused properly, all the photons are traveling in the same direction and at the same wavelength; this is also known as coherent light.

Within the injured musculoskeletal tissue, low-level laser light initiates increased microcirculation, and enhanced tissue regeneration. The overall effects are decreased pain and inflammation, and increased range of motion. When the body has an injury the cells are damaged and fail to function within normal parameters. Low level lasers penetrate deeply into the skin and work by restoring this abnormal cellular function. Physiologic effects include improved metabolism, circulation and tissue healing.

The Erchonia cold laser is a new treatment adjunct to reduce healing times.

The Erchonia cold laser device has gained recent FDA approval for the non-surgical treatment of neck and shoulder complaints and is being used widely in the NFL and by the USPS Tour de France team doctor. The beneficial effects of the Erchonia laser are currently being researched by leading plastic surgeons for use in liposuction procedures to reduce swelling and speed healing times.

Laser therapy can be helpful with:
tendonitis · frozen shoulder · fractures · post-operative wounds · sprain-strains · scar tissue chronic or acute pain · wound healing · arthritis · migraines · disc herniations · minor nerve damage · carpal tunnel syndrome · TMJ · Sinus Headaches · Foot and Shoulder Bone Spurs

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Dr. Leto is the best chiropractor I have ever been to! I have been to 5 different chiropractors in three states over the past 10 years and Dr. Leto is by far the most intuitive! Another huge plus is that his fee structure is VERY reasonable (even without insurance). I would highly recommend calling Dr. Leto if you are in need of a chiropractor."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
